Your Session

Each session starts with clarifying what your goals are for that day and over time.  Bianca will assess where some of you’re habits are by seeing you move and walk as well as getting a sense of your postural habits and your range of motion.  Once these things are clear, she will be better able to support you in finding greater ease and grace in both body and mind.  Her work incorporates techniques that are deep and subtle, addressing specific areas of concern and overall integration.  You can expect your session to be thoughtful and comprehensive within the time alloted.  It may be necessary to plan for several sessions within a short period of time for the most benefit.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are required to provide at least 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes to appointment times in order to avoid a full-fee charge for missed appointments.
