Come to meet yourself on your mat supported with humor, patience and strength. Bianca’s classes are structured to support all of her students, meeting them where they are at and providing them with the support and experience to discern where their strengths are and what their boundaries may be so they may move at the most appropriate pace into increasing vitality and love of their own embodiment.
Bianca is known for her ability to elegantly weave the imagery of the heart into the physical sensations of the body. Whether she is teaching a gentle class or an advanced level class, she encourages all of her students to recognize that however they may classify their practice, everyone is encouraged to practice from their highest and with greatest sensitivity. With her guidance, students are able to tap into their bodies, minds and hearts in a ways that are deeply grounding, expansive and healing. She loves to work with students at all levels of practice.

Clients come to Bianca because she is able to skillfully weave together her clients experiences with the elegance of the Anusara™ Universal Principals of Alignment in such a refined way; bringing her clients towards their goals in supportive, realistic and successful ways. She takes the time to hear your concerns, your previous experiences, and what you’ve been challenged by in your body; physically, emotionally and mentally.
Bianca will help you clarify how you envision where you want to be in your body and what you think is keeping you from being there. Additionally, she has the ability to draw out and pinpoint concerns that have been elusive or difficult express. At the beginning of your work together, she takes the time to see where you are in your body; she shares what she thinks may be the best path to follow for your session to make sure she’s understood your needs correctly.
Your work together may include the familiar postural work of yoga (yoga asana), working with the breath (pranayama), meditation practices and the integration of philosophical foundations of yoga.
No two sessions are necessarily the same, but each time the intention is to support you to the fullest on a journey that brings you where you want to go.
Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to provide at least 24-hours notice for any cancellations or changes to appointment times in order to avoid a full-fee charge for missed appointments.
